Clear checks, documented scope and practical support
Warranty terms can differ by display family, component, configuration and project scope. The applicable duration, coverage and process should therefore be confirmed in writing with the quotation or order.
The information on this page explains the general approach. Product-specific and project-specific commitments are those recorded in the final quotation, order and service documentation.

Confirm coverage before purchase
A useful warranty statement identifies the covered equipment, the applicable period, the support route and any conditions. Custom enclosures, third-party components, installation work and consumable or wear items may have different terms. Glonits recommends keeping the approved quotation, invoice, serial information and installation records together.
- Product and component coverage
- Warranty period
- Service or return process
- Project-specific conditions and exclusions

Information that helps a warranty request
When reporting a fault, provide the product model, serial number, installation address, date of supply, a clear description and photographs or video where useful. This allows the support team to identify the equipment and advise the most appropriate diagnostic or service step.
- Model and serial details
- Proof of purchase
- Fault description and evidence
